Prices for Processing & Smoking/Linking~

We custom “cut-to-order” or will cut and wrap a standard order

Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, Poultry, Wild Game…you name it.

We only do custom cutting and wrapping; NO RETAIL SALES

  • $1.10 per pound cut and wrap on all animals
  • $1.25 per pound smoking (new smoking recipe!)
  • $1.25 per pound for linking

NO CHARGE for thin slice, grinding or sausage seasoning.

Sausage Flavors:  Cajun, Italian, Apple & Chorizo. Bratwurst available. All types can be made “hot” as well.
